Cancellation & Refund Policy
We keep things fair and transparent. Here's our cancellation policy at a glance.
POLICIES
15+ Days Before Event
Full refund of your payment. Cancel with plenty of notice and receive 100% of your money back, no questions asked.
FULL REFUND
7 – 14 Days Before Event
50% of your payment will be refunded. This timeframe covers planning already completed and the date being held exclusively for your event. We may have turned down other bookings, so a partial fee applies.
PARTIAL REFUND
0–6 Days Before Event
We may have turned down other bookings to secure your date.
NO REFUND
Additional Policy Details

Rescheduling: You may reschedule your event up to 48 hours before the original date at no extra charge, subject to availability.

Weather: For outdoor events, if severe weather forces a cancellation, we'll work with you to reschedule at no cost.

No-Shows: If we arrive and the venue is inaccessible or the host is not present within 30 minutes of the scheduled start time, the full amount is due.

Equipment: Clients are responsible for any damage to our equipment during the event beyond normal wear and tear.

Travel Fees: Travel fees are non-refundable once the booking is confirmed.
